WirtsHub is our hotel management software. Selvoq handles every commercial, legal and privacy matter for it, which is why every address above is @selvoq.com — same people either way. It is invitation-only: properties join as invited pilots and there is no public sign-up.
Reporting a vulnerability
Write to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will acknowledge within three working days and keep you informed until it is closed. Our security.txt says the same in machine-readable form.
Please do not access, modify or retain data belonging to anybody else, do not run automated scanning against production hosts, and give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before publishing. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow that.
Data protection requests
For data held about you as a guest of a property, that property is the controller and Selvoq is its processor. Write to the property first, or to [email protected] and we will route it and make sure it is answered.
